Regular Papers are 4 to 6 pages, with up to 2 additional pages at an extra charge, for a maximum of 8 pages. All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore. Authors should submit their papers electronically in PDF format.

Special Sessions provide an opportunity to focus on emerging topics that may not be fully covered by the existing conference tracks or to highlight a specific research area where experts wish to gather and discuss recent advances. The format and length are the same as for Regular Papers.
